This information is used by Simple Birth to plan and provide birth support services, and to communicate with you regarding related events, products and services provided by Simple Birth. In some cases, this information may also be used in the aggregate to understand the audience for Simple Birth products and services and to provide insight into typical users of our services. For services that require payment (such as doula services, classes and postpartum care), we may collect credit card information (such as account name, number and expiration date) and/or bank account information (such as routing and account information found on checks), which is used for billing purposes only, and is not otherwise shared, except with a reputable third party processing vendor. Simple Birth uses secure socket layer (SSL) technology on our website to safeguard your information when you provide us credit card or login information on the site.

We may at times have additional features through which you may submit information to us (such as feedback forms). Requests for service, support or information may be forwarded as needed to best respond to a specific request. Under some circumstances, we may retain e-mails and other information sent to us for our internal administrative purposes, and to help us better serve our clients.

These images and media may be used by Simple Birth to market future events and services or may be used for service delivery (for example – recorded birth education sessions made available at a later date as educational products).
